Fees and Charges
Helena College is a non-profit organisation which aims to provide an affordable, independent education to families seeking an alternative to public and faith-based schooling.
Pre-enrolment Charges
Registration fee: A once-off non-refundable fee of $130 (including GST) per child is payable when the completed registration form (including copy of the child's birth certificate) is submitted. The registration fee is waived for children of Old Helenians.
Enrolment fee: On acceptance of an offer of enrolment, a non-refundable fee is payable per child to confirm the child's place at Helena College. This fee is not off-set against the first fee account. From 2024, the enrolment fees are as follows:
- Kindy to Year 9: $990
- Years 10 to 11: $400
- Year 12: $250
Annual Tuition Fees
Helena College is committed to tuition fees providing value for money in delivering an accessible, high quality, inclusive, caring and well-rounded education. The annual tuition fee incorporates all curriculum components including most excursions, swimming and sports, camps, and our one-to-one device (laptop) program. College Services
Information on our College Services, including the subsided bus services and uniforms requirements and price list is available here. Booklist information for students in Years 6 to 12 is available through the Learning Management System. There are no booklist or stationery requirements for Kindy to Year 5, as these are included in the tuition fees.
Application and Acceptance Fees
- A non-refundable registration fee of $130 (including GST) is payable with the completed registration form.
- A non-refundable enrolment fee is payable to accept a place for your student and ensure its retention.

Secondary Assistance Scheme
Families of students in Years 7 to 12 may be eligible for up to $350 towards school expenses if they hold a:
- Centrelink Health Care Card
- Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
- Veteran's Affairs Pensioner Concession Card
